We’d like to share a few updates and reminders regarding our new and improved ABMGG Portal, which is anticipated to launch at the end of this month.
- As a reminder, we kindly ask that you DO NOT upload any Continuing Certification activities, make annual fee payments, or update contact details until the new portal is active. Any submissions made to the current portal will not be reflected in the new portal; users will need to resubmit information after the transition is complete.
- ABMGG staff recently got their first look at the platform and began training sessions with the portal vendor. The next step is to host user training sessions, in which selected beta testers will be able to trial the new interface ahead of launch to the wider ABMGG community.
- Upon first login and subsequently each year, users will be prompted to update their contact details to ensure that staff has current information to reach out to diplomates and trainees.
- Most ABMGG communications will now be delivered on the new portal in addition to email. The portal now will provide an additional means of disseminating important information from ABMGG.
- In-training and certification exam applications have been simplified and will reside within the platform. This includes ITE applications for board-eligible individuals who previously had to complete a separate registration form.
- CertLink will continue to be available via single-sign-on (SSO) through the new portal. The start of the next CertLink segment is Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
We will provide training videos for all users to become acquainted with the new platform. Announcements for these events will be shared in the near future.
We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver an improved experience to our users.
